Born in 1990 in Central highland Lam Dong, Vietnam, Le Dinh Chung graduated from Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts University in 2015.

Dinh Chung’ s work ranges from videos to installations and paintings. He has developed a deep-rooted fascination with the history and cultural background of the Central highland (the so-called New Economic Zones in the early 90s). This is an agricultural area which mostly consists of tea and coffee fields, the living of many Vietnamese war veterans who were forced to migrate here during the renovation period. Being intrigued by the spiritual culture, oral history, micro-history and the fact of rapidly exploitation of the area, Dinh Chung explores the scenery of social and political changes in relation to his personal memories.
